The production process of Jivar granite dishes:

The production process of   aluminum stretch containers  in the Jivar  collection is as follows: aluminum with a purity of   99%, which is turned into pellets or sheets by a rolling machine, then the pellets are made according to the size of the item The need is cut and after analyzing the thickness and purity of the  pollen,  the part of the brush is delivered to  prepare the  surface for lining.

It is sent and baked in the conveyor oven at 450 to 470 degrees for 25 minutes. After finishing the work, non-stick and product health tests are taken and the thickness of the lining is measured by a micrometer. And Teflon is taken again to fully confirm the health of the product.

Nyloning   The goods go into the press machine and according to the shape and size of the goods, they are arranged inside the nylon and stretched by the tension of the press with different thicknesses.

Color : First, if there is a need for lip gloss (initial makeup), it is applied on the products, and then it enters the color area, which is sprayed by electrostatic devices to the extent of full color coverage, and inside the  U tunnel furnace Shape and degree  temperature   230 degrees, they are cooked for 20 minutes.

At this stage, as in the previous stages, the brittleness and maturity of the paint is tested by the quality control force.

Punching:  punching is done on the products so that the handle can be placed on it and punched.

Packaging quality control:  The final quality control is done on the products, then the products are mixed and packed in cartons and sent to the warehouse.
